During the international break, Arsenal's sporting director Edu embarked on a mysterious journey to Brazil, sparking widespread curiosity among fans. While many wondered if it was merely a trip to catch up with loved ones, it seems there was an ulterior motive.
According to football.london, Arsenal is eyeing Fluminense midfielder Andre Trindade, possibly explaining Edu's visit. However, Fluminense maintains that the trip was a part of an ongoing collaboration between the two clubs.
Antônio Garcia, Fluminense's CT Vale das Laranjeiras executive director, recalls last year's warm welcome from Arsenal when their Under-16 team traveled to England: "Today, they came to get to know our CT and our work more closely. They were very impressed and praised our processes."
